On-Site Headshot Station & Instant Photo Delivery
During the Selfmade Tour event, CIBC hosted a branded headshot station for participants as part of their sponsor activation. The goal was to provide attendees with professional headshots they could use for LinkedIn and professional profiles while creating an engaging on-site experience.
Memoria Medias was commissioned to set up and operate the headshot station, ensuring fast delivery, smooth flow, and high-quality results despite the limited space available.
The headshot station had to be installed in a restricted event space, requiring a minimal equipment setup while still maintaining professional lighting and image quality.
In addition, the event required producing a large number of headshots in a short period of time, while allowing each participant to receive their photo immediately.
