ILLOOMINATE 2025 brought together professionals from the court reporting and transcription industry to explore how AI and augmented intelligence are transforming business operations.
Originally planned as photography coverage and a highlight video, the project evolved into a live streaming production, allowing attendees from around the world to participate in the event remotely.
Memoria Medias provided the technical production and media coverage required to successfully broadcast the event while documenting key moments through photography.
The production required quickly adapting from a traditional event coverage setup to a live broadcast environment.
Several challenges needed to be addressed:
• Working with the client’s chosen streaming platform WebinarGeek, which our team had not previously used
• Integrating presentation slides and visual content into the live broadcast
• Managing audio challenges during the event
• Ensuring a smooth experience for a global online audience
The event also included a remote speaker joining from another part of the world, requiring seamless integration into the live conference broadcast.
Additionally, the initial plan was to stream using only one camera, which would have limited production flexibility and visual quality.
Memoria Medias deployed a three-person production crew to manage the broadcast and event coverage.
The team included:
• A camera operator managing the main broadcast camera
• A technical operator handling the streaming setup and platform integration.
• A photographer capturing key moments throughout the event
Working closely with the client’s team on-site, we quickly adapted to the platform and production requirements.
Our team recommended upgrading the broadcast from one camera to a two-camera setup, allowing smoother transitions between speakers and presentation moments while improving the viewing experience for remote attendees.
The production included:
• Two-camera live streaming setup
• Integration of presentation slides into the broadcast
• Remote speaker participation integrated into the live stream
• Real-time troubleshooting of audio challenges
• Event photography coverage
• Post-event editing to prepare the recording for replay
The event successfully reached an international audience, allowing participants from multiple regions to attend the conference virtually.
Despite the technical challenges, the broadcast ran smoothly and provided a professional viewing experience for attendees joining remotely.
