Memoria Medias provided complete media production coverage across two days, capturing keynote sessions, interviews, networking moments, and live discussions.
The client required multi-day media production covering several concurrent sessions and formats.
Key requirements included:
Filming two breakout rooms simultaneously
Recording clean audio feeds in multiple rooms
Capturing audio FedTalk session held in an open hall environment
Producing interviews with speakers and partners
Delivering photos during the event for marketing and communications
The FedTalk session presented a unique challenge: speakers presented to attendees using headset listening systems, requiring careful audio capture and post-production to ensure the recordings were clean and usable.
Memoria Medias deployed a 7-person production team to manage media coverage across all event spaces.
Our production setup included:
• Multi-camera filming across two conference sessions throughout the day
• Dedicated audio recording in both rooms for clear session capture
• Professional coverage of the FedTalk hall presentation, including audio cleanup in post-production
